Grilled Salmon with Turmeric and Ginger

500 grams potatoes
2 medium sized salmon fillets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Good Things In Jars Garlic Sauce
3 tablespoons Good Things in Jars Turmeric and Ginger sauce
1 tablespoons salt
½ cup cream
2 wedges lime
1 handful chopped coriander
Instructions
Coat the salmon fillets with Good Things In Jars Turmeric and Ginger sauce and set aside.
- Peel and boil the potatoes until tender (about 10 minutes)
- While the potatoes are boiling, put the salmon under the broiler on high.
- Mash the potatoes with the butter, salt, cream, and Good Things In Jars Garlic sauce
- Turn over the salmon to cook for a few minutes on the other side. The salmon should not cook for more than 8-10 minutes total.
- Put a thick layer of potatoes on each plate. Use a fork to pull apart the salmon and put it on top of the potatoes. Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve with wedges of lime.
