Chipotle BBQ Ribs

1 kg pork ribs

1 jar Good Things In Jars Chipotle Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribs into 4 equal pieces of 4 - 5 ribs each (see photo).
  2. Cover the ribs on both sides with a thick layer of sauce.
  3. Place in a pan and cover with foil.
  4. Place in the oven at 120 C.
  5. After 2 hours remove the foil and turn the heat up to 180 C for the last half hour.

We call this sauce the secret weapon because it’s so easy to use, and goes with so many different foods. Throw it on chicken, fish or beef before you cook it. Throw a few spoons into whatever you’re sauteing or stir frying, or just put a spoon on your plate as a condiment. It adds a blast of flavor to everything!
